Does anyone make a LED MR16 wide flood drop-in replacement, like 80 to 45 degrees? Thanks

Yes, Illumicare's LED MR16 lamps come in a full array of beam spreads and colour temperatures. We have a 45 degree LED MR16 in 2700K, 3000K and 4000K. http://www.illumicaregroup.com/2010/10/mr16-gu5-3-gx5-3/

If you need a wider beam spread up to 60 degrees or so, we recommend the use of an optical spread lens in front of the LED. You can try this technique with our 30 degree and 45 degree lamps and pick the desired spread for your application.

If you are looking for an even wider beam spread, you could try using one of our omni-directional LED lamps inside the fixture. The beam spread produced by using these lamps would only be limited by the optics of the fixture. Expect a nice even light output, much softer and wider than any focused beam MR16 lamp would provide.
