So I have a close family friend that's basically my mentor (also a small business owner) that just offered to do all my accounting work and a bunch of paper work stuff, things that I procrastinate on.

I would be trading out on monthly maintenance, roughly 7k sq ft. turf and all low maintenance plants. I have been maintaining the property since 2005 so its nothing new to me, it sounds like an awesome deal. I will be sitting down this week to go over my books and billing and start setting everything up for the biz. I cant wait to get started.

I would do it if it works out equally ....I would still take my end of year to a cpa though ...
