What happened to the mesh one you were going to buy in the other thread?

I sold a 5X8' this summer that was far nicer and heavier duty than anything you can buy at TSC or any place like that, for $500. It had a tube frame top to bottom, 24" side walls with wood, and steel floor too. Keep your eye on craigs list. I see them like that all the time for around the same money.

In the $400-$600 range. I started with a 5x8 and found myself upgrading mid season to 7.5x16ft, which in turn was overkill, ended up trading down to a 6.5x12 at the end.

I have been continuing my search for a trailer and I think I might have found the one. It is listed as a 5x7 but when I went to check it out it is actually a 5 or 6x10. I got him down to $450 and possibly a bit lower. What do you think?

Thats a funny add .Headlights on the back ? it has two wheels and latches on the back of a truck ? sounds like the seller is a moron ,you might be able to get it real cheap .

Yeah those are the reactions I had, but i met with him and he was really nice guy, and he's apparently a police Sargent (in philly!) so I guess he can't be that stupid lol. Also one of the taillights (not headlights on the back LOL) was missing one of the red covers, but the lightbulb was still intact. How easy are these to replace (how much would it cost ballpark)?

Wouldn't imagine that it would be more than $40. Would seem decent if your planing on just putting one or two walkbehinds on it.

Yeah it seems like the size is more than I need for a 36" and 1 or two 21"s. I'd rather buy something bigger than I need than buying a 5x6 or even 5x8 and finding out that its too small. I can't imagine that a light cover would be $40. I think I could get a whole new light for like $20.

I would just replace the whole light assembly with a regular sealed beam .The lamp, pigtail and grommet could cost $5.00 or so .

That trailer shouldn't be a problem with your Dakota. Even if your largest mower is a 36in, it is sutable for a decent growth before your going to be looking for a upgrade from that.

Take a look at the trailers they sell at TSC, Home Depot, and Lowes. If the used trailers you find look even a little similar don't buy them.
