Quick hitch help

I bought a quick hitch and a 6 ft land pride box blade. I can't get them to work together. On the box blade there is two pins up top. The one that normally hooks up to the 3 point hitch and the nut and bolt below it. The hook won't go in between them. I need to know what I need to do. The box blade says it's quick hitch ready.

There should only be one pin at the top.
