My ideal mower would have.....?

A couple years ago a thread was bouncing around on LS about "the perfect mower".

Wander into (mower) fantasy design land for a minute with me, what features would your mower have?

OK here goes some from me:

A completely non stick deck; Highly polished aluminum clad deck?

A deck that discharges on either side. Goofy but would be very practical.

I really like the electronic OCDC my Power Chute Design.....if they could get one thats reliable it would be great.

A blade that never needs sharpened;

One that mulches snow...so that the nutrients are returned to the concrete.

I think modern designs are pretty good but I'd like to see the machines lose some weight. If there was an average decrease of around 300lbs on the mowers it would be awesome. Also, how about independent suspension for a smooth ride, self adjusting decks that always stay level.

I think electric motors would make a lot of sense for a lawnmower but one that will run all day on a charge.

And everything for under $5k

Ceramic blades that never need sharpening. Electric motors. Then we could start making normal money again without getting gouged at the pump
