Our 40" Decks cut great. The only time we have any issues is if the grass is extremely wet, the deck clogs up a little. Sounds like a fair deal to me.

Its just what I have had a number of people on here tell me, that the 40" has trouble in morning wet grass. But the T-Bar is awesome.

I have 40 hydro that does great... I only cut part time so I don't cut in the morning, but I've cut in plenty of wet grass after it has rained and it has done fine. The only time I've had issues is when I was cutting a yard once a week that really needed to be cut twice a week. When that grass was wet it would clump up but I'd guess that would have happened with any mower.

I haven't encountered anyone who will pay to have twice a week, and we all have a few of those yards, that's why I sold my BOP quick 36, in the wet stuff it killed me
