Not trying to give you a short answer but if you study the material ,attend the review, and read the questions carefully, you'll probably do well.

In addition to studying the printed materials, you can also borrow a video from your local extension office.

is their a place on the web that can tell me when and where these exams are held. Took a pesticide class while going toward my Horticultural Degree recently and did fairly well. What is involved in the test.....multiple choice?


oh, do you need a certification or license to apply fry fertilizer.....many homeowners do this themselves without having any knowledge.

In Georgia the questions are multiple guess. Don't let that fool you though, they are worded in such a manner, and the choices so close together, that pretty much ensures you have to know the material. For example one question ask, if I recall it correctly is the number of seconds an empty container has to drain between triple rinses--10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds. Hence, I am told there is a 55-60% failure rate.
