Has anyone ran both of theres engines in a ZTR? If so how would you compare the power and gph. Based on your experience, what would you recommend? Thanks

I have some official readings Gravely did last year to promote their EFI Machines. I'll look it up and let you know.
Main thing on the Kawi's right now is to get a FX1000 that post 2011 there were a lot of issues with them last year that got resolved.
Kohler's EFI is a more sophisticated EFI system and can be a little more efficent than the Kawasaki's DFI. But the Kawasaki Engine is a much better quality engine to begin with and will be much more durable.
Have you concidered Propane?

Here are the current specs fo the Kawi 29 HP which is now rated at 27 HP under the new system-

These are the specs for the 29 HP Kohler EFI. They are still using the less accurate older system of rating HP-

IMO, Kawi's always put out more usable/feelable HP than Kohlers, engine size for engine size.
