Park them tight with each other then break out the tape measure and you'll have your answer. Or you could measure out a 6x12 rectangle and park them in it.

i put 2 dixie choppers on my 6x12 they are 74'' and it wont fit, so i had a welder friend come over and cut the front middle part of the rail out and welded the tongue area for storage. now both fit with no problem and i added alittle room for storage.

According to kubota website the 227 is 85 inches long, so probably not. Measure your exmark and add the 2 together and if its more than 144 inches they won't fit.

most zero turns are around 7' long. thats one of the main reasons i like dixies they are almost 1' shorter and lighter

Can you go to the dealer and measure one? Maybe just hit up the Kubota site and find the specs.
