I almost dropped the phone when I heard their prices. Am I missing something. Does anyone actually use them? Some of the setups look nice but I'm floored by the prices.

There is a company that makes equivalent trucks. Go on youtube and search vanscaper body

Thats what these are. Its a special box put on an Isuzu chassis made for landscapers. I think one of our customers has a few of them.

I like the old saying "If you have to ask, you cant afford it"

Even the used ones are way too much for me to think about.

I guess someone buys them are they would not be in business.

Not sure if it worked, but heres a pic of a real super truck .They get
7 mpg. fully loaded, and two of them on the road is the same as 3 normal truck and trailers .Theres a few with dual steer axles ,and a third drive along with a lift axle as well ,but they have a bulk liquid tank instead of the drone box. They are two inches legal with a 48' trailer ,we cant run the 53' with them .

My enclosed trailer is 24' long and is barely big enough right now for my three mowers,

the website said the largest box size is 20' long. You would think for that kind of money

they would have more size options. :dizzy:

You can not compare used or pickup prices to them. Really apples to oranges. They have a quality product. Also you are not going to get a new diesel high gvwr chassis cab truck for less than 45-50k bare naked these days. Not comparable to a 30k gasser 9000 gvwr pickup. Yes 60-70k is a lot to spend, but it has some benefits as well. Also a 20 box truck is a big truck even compared to a towed 20' trailer. We were going to get one last year, but the sales guy was not motivated enough for me. For 70K you need to do everything except take my wife to dinner. I couldn't even get a return phone call. Instead we went a different route and stayed local. Saved me a road trip and got what I wanted as far as customer service. Kicker is the same SLT guy called me 3 months after he did not return my calls to see if I was still in the market for a truck.

Shovel - what was your setup before you got the super truck? What size did you go with,

any likes or dislikes? They do have alot of nice features to be efficient in lawn care.

Sorry for all the questions - thanks.

A box truck is much wider than your enclosed trailer.
