Hiring an accountant

Does anybody know the average price of hiring an accountant? Im also thinking about bartering with one my customers who is accountant.

Not trying to be a wise guy but your question is like asking, "what will it cost for someone to cut my grass". An accountant ranges anywhere from $60-70 per hour to $125-200 per hour. CPA are going to charge the higher end.

Are you talking for year end, qtrly taxes, book keeping, payroll? All services that a accountants office could offer.
