I'm thinking this is orchardgrass - is it?

If you want ID help, you need to include pictures that can help to ID the plant, especially in the case of grasses. While your pics are better than most I see here, it does not include a clear picture of the collar region or the whole plant, but at least you included the flowers. You need a pic of the whole plant and the collar up close from the "front" (yours is showing it from the back).

FYI, it is a little early for orchard grass to be blooming.
