[FONT="Times New Roman"]Looking for some help! We are a small chemical applicator/ landscaping company in NJ and what we are currently paying for the following types of insurance seems excessive:

-General Liability and Commercial Automobile
-Workers Compensation
-Health Insurance
-Dental Insurance
-Vision Insurance

Does anyone have a good track record with a certain company, agent or any tips or tricks that might help me cut costs without sacrificing coverage?

Any help or ideas would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Can't have it both ways,do your employees pay into the health plan?

We now only have 3 employees, only 2 are on the health insurance which we pay 100% and if anyone elects for dental or eye insurance they pay 100%.

I know you get what you pay for, I just want to make sure we aren't overpaying!

Thanks!

By you paying 100% you are over paying. See what can be done about employees picking up part of the monthly premium. And you might have to wait till open enrollment to change over to a different company in Oct.

I don't but insurance. I'm self insured. Insurance is overrated.
