Best weather App for Desk top

I use weather channel.com's Desktop app. I find that they stared to make it look good and stopped being accurate. What's a better option?

Oh, nevermind. I thought you meant "app" for your PHONE, but that's not what you said.

I was hoping to find a phone app. Since I updated the Weather Channel app, I don't like it.
