Looks very nice. I take it you spray for alot of large areas? That would be usesless for smaller props, correct?

It fits nicley on my mowing trailer.6'11''x18'. I rent a 1000 gallon pull tank to have water avaliable. for fast fill up. I have it set at .9 gallon /1000sqft.

No the Water tank is a self contained trailer. I usually run it down to the site the day before or have my helper pull it with the other truck. The water tank weighed 10950lbs full.

What's the biggest property you do, at .9 per 1000 sq ft that 1000 gal tank would do 26 acres - or +
I do a couple of 3 acre properties with an 8' boom and am thinking of making a wider one just for the open areas.

I do several 10-13 acre plots an where that picture is takes there is 9 acres of highly maitnained soccer fields and 14 acres of common ground that I treat twice a year. It is alot quicker for me to spread fertilizer than spray. I need to get bigger nozzels to run in a higher gear. but 25 acres at once is the largest all at one time

Nice looking spray rig. Does the tractor get a little light in the front with the tank full? I think with the application rate of .9 gallon per 1000 you could run a gear faster with the nozzles you have. Just change the concentration to match. You are putting down nearly 40 gallons per acre, I have gotten great results with about half that much water. You need to be sure to get good coverage, but if you can get coverage with less water the concentration stuck to the leaves is higher.

I would like to be able to run 1 gear higher, which was my intention. This was my first experience spraying and I do not have the experience to know how low to go with the water to get good results. I may try it next year and see what i get.

Nice rig. Is that a Kubota grey market tractor? I have a smaller Mits grey market 15hp that I was thinking of doing that to. Are you running a PTO pump or an electric?

I run the pump off the pto. It is an older Kubota, 22 hp
