truck for crew suggestions

So I may need to add a crew or at least a second truck. I currently have a 2500 diesal that is my work and personal truck. So i'm trying to figure out what I should get for a crew.

I was thinking nothing special, but would want 4 doors since it might start with 2 guys and add more. What would you get to pull a 16 ft double axle trailer with 2 ztrs on it? 2500/f250? 1500/f150? I'm open to all makes and models, but don't want to spend 40k on a truck for a crew.

Def. A 3/4 ton. A 1/2 would wear out super fast!! Imo I would go with a gasser for the crew and keep the diesel to yourself
