My new logo?

After about 2-3 hours, first day with Adobe Illustrator I came up with this. What do you guys think?

The green I used in illustrator is darker than when it shows up on the web? Anyone know why? I selected "use only web colors" in illustrator. Maybe I need to save it differently? Maybe during the transfer fron .ill to .jpg I lose the real color?

I like the first one, the lighter green. Sweet! I'll bet it would show up a lot better on your vehicle and letter head.
