The only ones I do are my own but some of the big Co.s do Shopping centers. I talked to a guy from Chapel Valley last week {award winning landscape in our area] an he said they do more every year. Anyone do Lighting? How about your own house

Ask the guy what it costs him more in insurance to do them, and if he's telling you the truth, he'll tell you BIG money. Inquire about it. This is one - expensive - policy. Unless you're a tree trimmer that already has aerial type coverage, it's alot. Even if you have it, a whole different venue is opened up when you're hooking up something that is going to be hooked into the resident's owner's electrical system. The liability is WAY more than what some people take for granted.

OryanO yes they are!!! Your place looks coolsome! My bill might go up $30 bucks for the month and we have everyone to our house on Christmas. Its alot of fun still . Your camera captures the picture very good. My old camera did a better job last year but its broken. We still load up the conversion van and ride around checking out lights.

Not sure, but they are on several different circuits (or else it would trip them all the time). I use those timers that have a sensor, once it's dark they come on for 6 hours.

One of my neighbors down the street had me put up lights on their house because their kids said that they wanted to live at my house. I guess he felt sorry for em:)
