I have an opinion based on my experience. The next time you do a repair or install that involve either a MP3000 or RB 5000 install both the MP3000 and the RB5000prs with a LA nozzle and let us know which performs better in your opinion. Especially in windy situations.

Not me, MPs or 5000s in windage can look at 90 psi and not even sneeze. At forty pounds, you're doing the neighbors a favor. :hammerhead:

Your in luck, I have one going in today. I like both as far as coverage is concerned, but there is definitely more mist with the 5000 series. The only flaw is that the MP 3000 can only be effectively spaced about 26-27ft.

What nozzles are you using with the 5000? Only my opinion, but I'd be hesitant to use any multi-stream rotor at that range, especially if you expect windage.
