Hey guys, I need to remove the spray on bed-liner in my truck because it needs a new one badly. My question is...what is the best way to go about removing the spray on liners? Any ideas or new methods would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :):dancing:

I always thought it was done for life. They can"t spray over the old one? Sandblast it? Time for a flatbed?

heat gun and a scraper ? guess it would help if we knew which bedliner you have on it though .

get a new bed and start over.

Wire wheel, few rattle cans of primer, new spray on bed liner.

Or a couple of coats of roll on and a craigslist ad containing "new bed liner", find a new truck.

Peel the lose stuff off, wash the bed with degreaser twice and you can spray right over the old stuff.

I would talk to the place that is going to do the liner. Rhino liners are the best and this is why they are the most expensive. If it's a work truck I like over the rail but for a daily driver I like under the rail.
