That won't even cover the cost of the design.

All you need is a Home Depot sale paper. Too many people watching HGTV and not knowing those are 30k landscape makeovers and they ain't getting it done in 30 minutes.

You speak lies. Lol you mean I can't put in a 5zone irrigation system, paver patio and 2500sqft of landscape beds in a Saturday afternoon.

I have a weekly customer that wanted me to install, prep for 13 yards of mulch for a grand. Haha the mulch cost $765 with delivery. Plus she wanted black edging $240, spikes, $70, bed edger rental fee $65. She always wants something done for cheap.

Last year, I had a customer balk at my quote when he asked me if I could spread pine straw on a hill in the back of his property. I estimated it would take 30 bales of straw. Which he freaked and said he was figuring it would only take about 10. LOL Yeah right. Then I gave him my quote with materials and labor and he called me back asking me why I was charging him labor to spread the pine straw?! Seriously?! You think I'm gonna spread it for free?

The ironic thing is that this guy owns a bicycle shop. Does he not charge his customers labor when he fixes their bikes?

Can't fix stupid. The only thing that has seems to make them feel dumb and possibly realize you're not a lowballer scumbag and you get what you pay for is if you break every single thing you're going to do down to a T. mulch, tilling, weeding, pruning, planting, borders, edging, etc
