looks good. do you glue those top stones?

no. the pics make it look like they have a little overhang but theyre flush. And for the most part too heavy to move under foot

Did you add on to an existing wall? The lower half looks old, or did you buy stones that already had moss growing on them?

that is old. A guy had about 20% done when he died.
