There is a brisket.

Sure it winds up as Moose Burgers or summer sausage most the time.

I was sent a pretty neat video of a woman getting her first moose with a bow. I'll try and find it. Hauling them out seems to be a real challenge. How many pounds of meat will an adult moose give you? That and the head I'm guessing is 300lbs.

I haven't had moose, but elk is so delicious. So much better than venison/deer in my opinion.
