So picked up a contract for some cell tower sites. Consisting of weed abatement and pre emergent. Was looking at Pramitol or Sahara for a sterilizing agent for the pre/post after major weeds have been removed from compounds. Have been doing some research on these but want some personal experience.
Questions: How long average do they last? Specific precautions with leaching? Is there something else out there I haven't researched? Rates you have had best luck with?

We deal with tons of blackberries!

Defoliate with a mix of Garlon + RoundUP. Sahara at the max rate is good for long term control. In your state, I believe Sahara and Pramitol is state RUP. Sahara is much better about staying where it is sprayed, however it is really bad on trees with roots in the treated areas.

Thanks, Not worried about the RUP as I have cert applicator for everything the state allows. Just trying to see what personal experience has been. Most applicators here don't use these, so very little local info gained. I.e. the reason I am trying to educate myself here in the possibility of another product out there, and personal experience compared to what the company states.

On another note. there is only one compound with landscape vegitation. Laural and Photina. what is the distance you would stay from plants if used here. Was just contemplating on revisits here but if it can be used would save many man hours.

If there are existing blackberry vines in the area, Escort XP might be added to the mix. I have had to deal with long fencelines where cutting and removal is not reasonable. A one application kill is possible using the right products.

You then go to what is called soft bareground. No Sahara or Pramitol. I suggest a landscape safe treatment of Pendulum and Goaltender. Avoid Garlon and Escort if it will not be possible to apply without contacting or drifting towards desirable vegetation.

The exact way we were going to approach it with was Pendulum. Just figured I would ask from those that use.

Goaltender or Gallery or Ronstar is suggested as a companion herbicide for better control of broadleaves. My experience with Pendulum is that it is an excellent product for grassy weed control, but not much else.
