Very dry soil, you can see grass is in a drought dormancy and not much else is very green.

Any idea on what this weed is?

Thanks, kind of what I thought. I call it horseweed, but it is the same thing.

From what ive read, it is becoming or is in some areas, round up resistant .

I didn't know what it was either but I sprayed the fence row in back of me and had a lot of this coming up, I left one of them just to see what it does but the rest is DOA with roundup

With the drought, it has gone nuts in the long rough on the golf course which is never mowed. Not that I am ever in that.:rolleyes:
