When applying ironite, is it better to use a drop spreader or broadcast spreader?

I apply products containing iron with a broadcast spreader. Just make sure to blow off concrete areas well to avoid stains.

I never use a drop spreader for anything, if need be I use a deflector.

Broadcast would be easier to get an even coverage.

Ironite gives a long lasting deep green with out top growth. It works great alone on those lawn that regular fertilizer would make hard to cut. Weaker lawns need fertilizer with it.

Only problem is the cost. You pay for the brand name. I have not found anything that is equal to it in granular at any cost. I mix my own Spray cocktail and get like results.
