I think SP backpack sprayer's are the best. For what you want the Ecoscape

for 69.99 at sears.com is something to consider. You can make a sprayer last by NEVER leaving ANY chemical in the sprayer any longer (overnight count's) than you have to. Alway's clean your sprayer with something like this - http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/spray-tank-cleaner-neutralizer-p-2467.html?gclid=CObcjK2l1LECFQff4AodqX8AxA

Solo's are ok. For the price they work pretty good. I have a few. With sprayers and anything else you get what you pay for though. If you have the money spend it on something better

What about chapin?
I need to spray my whole yard with roundup to kill it. I'm thinking a backpack is better than the ready to use roundup sprayers...
I have a gift card to HD that's why I looked at the one they had...

These are my choices:

Home Depot: RL Pro Flo-Master $85 (I can return when I have problems)
Amazon: Chapin or Solo (which model??) hard to return if problems
Lowe's: Roundup

Thoughts? I'd like to buy something today.

Again, this is mainly to kill my front yard but then will also be used around flower beds, etc...

So I'm leaning towards the Solo. Do I want the Piston or Diaphragm? I'll be using only liquid...

You might want to see my (what I now call) red solo cup

I had the Diaphragm and can't say I didn't like it till the pump wore out, it worked, did the job but only 3 years old and I don't use it like "everyday" you guys would.

I still say you won't be disapointed with the Chapin
