I am just trying to learn to post pics, so I thought I would post some of one of my properties. Every time I go to post a pic, it tells me it is too large, even though I it as small as it will go as far as zoom. So I have to go back and resize the image by changing the pixels, and then zooming back in. On some of the pics when I do that, it messes up the quality of the picture:(
Anyway, that lawn is dormant Zoysia.

All those pics are of the same lawn ,just taken from different angles. It is somewhat of an incline ,but not much. I currently mow that with a Exmark wb, but it wll be done with a Walker soon.

Opps! After looking at the pic again, I see what you mean, lol. that big hill is not part of the property, its part of an apartment complex next to this. There is a small ditch that separates that property from mine. See all those leaves, those are not mine.:D

Good grief:eek: from the looks of that HILL the only thing I would use on that hill would be a team of goats! Nicly maintained property.

Hey Greenman, I do believe I know exactly where those properties are. Was stationed in Little Rock and can remember being thankfull that I did not have to mow some of the hills around that area. If I remember correctly the one apartment complex they had a large crew that would do the hills with weed eaters.

You are correct about a crew with trimmers. Actually, (I dont know if you are familiar with the area) this property is in NLR on JFK Blvd., a very busy road.

Looks good T. I pass there all the time. And when we bought our house the lender's office is in that center. You have a great opportunity to shine there. High traffic areas, got to love them.

Lived in Sherwood right around the corner from the You Grow We Mow office. Had a few accounts over in Indian Lakes off kiehl. Heck could not find anyone i knew to take over after I retired, that I could recomend. Wish I would of known. Heck f I was still there would buy you all a beer and a berger at the time out.

I'm only guessing, but that grass needs water, right?

no, it's dormant in january. we've had all the water we need in this area for a while. a walker wouldn't think of doing anything but sliding down that hill. i know.

You're going to be pissed when you try to mow those hills with a Walker. I'm not putting down Walkers as I own several but I dont think you'll be mowing those banks with one.

It's not dead, it just dormant, as soon as the ground heats up it will be green...green...green.

Greenman, make sure you post new photos this spring.

As I quoted in a previous post, that big hill is not part of the property. There is a drainage dithch that separates this property from that big hill, which is part of an aprtment complex. See those leaves? that is the other property. A Walker cuts "my property" just fine.

Please provide some nice follow up pictures in the spring when everything greens back up. Thank you for sharing the pictures. I really need a digital camera.
