Cartoon Icons

Where can I get those little Icons for my web page? I'm designing my page and want to use something like a little Bobcat or shovel or some thing for bulet headers. By the way, I've found HTML to be fairly easy, just tedious. Now getting my links to work, that is still a little confusing.
