Finally got my truck back from the outfitter. Its an 06 diesel with 130k miles with a 4' side dump and 16' box. The truck came with a 20' stake body that I sold to the outfitter and he put the box on, dovetail, and side dump. I paid 9k for the truck with the flatbed, and have 14k in it so far. Got a full wrap going on in the next couple of days.

Beats the heck out of paying 70k for a super lawn truck!

not worried that it's too long? looks like you could eaisly bottom out there in the rear but it may just be camera angles

Yeah it is long. I got the 2' dovetail instead of 4' dovetail because of that. Are your guys using the side dump alot? How does your side dump door open?

Yeah it is long. It was jdl delivery truck that had a 21' body, so i am just 1' longer than what it was designed for. I got the 2' dovetail instead of 4' dovetail because of that. Are your guys using the side dump alot? How does your side dump door open?

it has 2 doors on each side a bottom and top. on the side that doesn't dump there is a staircase. using the heck out of the dump at the moment because they're in the process of detaching and dropping the height for overseeding... so yards that normally would dump once they're dumping 3-4 times. at many of the homes we take care of you're not allowed to dump onsite so the dump solves a big issue for us

Great price on the truck for sure. They try to get twice that around here.

Its long, but the frame is still the same length as it was when it was used as a jdl flatbed. And the dovetail really doesn't protrude below the bottom of the frame.

Box trucks are the only way to go in this business.

I see 50K trucks pulling trailers al the time, I guess someone forgot to tell those folks there cutting grass.

I have had great luck with my isuzu's. They can take a beating everyday for 15 years. Also, the advertising on a box truck is probably one of the cheapest most effective forms of advertising.

Who outfitted your truck with the body and dump?
