Who do you use as employees/ how many?

I have two full time foreman. They are only getting like 25 hours over the winter. I'm going to hire two mexicans this season and pick up some local high school guys also. Who do you work with?

Everybody is from El Salvador. I have to say I have a good crew. My lead guy has been with me almost as long as I've been in business. Mistakes happen, but I think that goes for most companies.Mike
