thanks whiffy! i always check stuff out before do it. sounds like it would be a head ache to get the job and get paid for it. i remember doing work for some company few years ago that had huge contracts with like verizon stores big corporation type stuff. they would call me and say we need this done by tomorrow take 586 pictures have manager on site sign 31 fine print papers and we will pay you 8 months later.

I've had pretty good luck with them.several new lawn/ maintenance jobs, hardscaping to.i live in an area that has a high number of "second " homes, people from ny,conn and jersey .it works great for them because they don't really know anyone in the area and feel a bit at ease with the fact we are Prescreened, meaning they check our insurance and licensing .works pretty good for me,you pay per lead and I just pas that cost along to the customer anyways.

No.service magic sends you the lead,it's up to you to sell the job to the potential customer.their is a schedule of lead fees provided to you .once you get the lead service magic is out of the picture,it's you and the customer just as if they found you online from your website ,word of mouth or phone book

The crappy part Is you have to pay for the lead no matter what. I've gotten 85 leads only landed a handful of jobs. 2/3rds of the people I couldn't even get in contact with
