Your zip codes were never activated. Therefore, your trial never existed. In the future, if you do reserve zip codes, all you have to do is cancel the zip code on the zip code page. There is no obligation and you can quit at anytime.

I would encourage LCOs to reserve zip codes and experiment with the capabilities of this method during your 30 day trial. If you do not try this method then how do you know that it is not the right fit for your company? It is very easy to set up and you can type in any address in your area to see how it functions. This is why we have set up a trial period, but if you do not take advantage of it you will never know what advantages you will see with this system. If you have questions while setting it up, we will be happy to answer any questions that you have and guide you through the set up process. Once the 30 days is up, you then have no obligation to keep your zips reserved and will not be charged.

Yes, that is correct. However, if for any reason you do not want to continue after your 30 day trial all you have to do is cancel the zip codes that you have reserved and you will not be charged. Please keep in mind that once you reserve your zip codes, another LCO in those zip codes can not reserve them. They are yours unless you decide to cancel. We are filling up fast so reserve them while they are open. Please let me know if we can help in anyway.
