My name is Tyler and I am a partner in a startup company. I have over 5 years of experience myself and my partner has 4.

My experience ranges from nursery sales, installs, designs, maintenance, bids, and leadership. I am excited to finally get out of the umbrella and do my own thing. Been a LONG time coming.

Between the 2 of us we have each have knowledge in certain things that the other doesnt. Both very hard working and hands on, both also very sick of working for other people and making them all the money.

I have read lost of posts regarding partnerships, etc and I have an out clause in our business agreement where I can oust him at anytime without any repercussions.
