simplicity citation used...worth a look?

hey, I found a 52" simplicity citation used with 626 hrs vanguard engine. I can get it for 1200 bucks but needs one new pump
"The bearing in one of the 2 pumps is squeaking", but the rest of the mower looks in good shape

Ill be using it for commercial. around 20 hrs a week at most right now. I usually use two other walk behinds as of now
wanted to know if you guys think I should pass and spend more money on a used exmark . I know it not an exmark but thought this might be a good deal.

I have a simplicity pacer walk behind and used it for 3 yrs for my residentials and it works great.

The simplicity citation is basically the same as the ferris is 1500. I have the ferris, its a great mower, but imo I would probably pass and just spend the money on the exmark depending on the hrs of that machine. Don't get me wrong its a great deal and if I had to save the extra money I would but in my experience usually if it has one problem another happens to pop up after the sale. If you know any mechanics who are good with this type of equipment see if you can get them to look at it and double check everything.
