Don't mean to get off topic, but seeing that big "John Deere" on that bagger and how it really stands out, made me think what a good place to put your company name and phone number.

Although I don't bag, it was just a thought for those that do.

Hey hopper you have a set of jungle wheels for that thing? Or do you have to chase it?

Hey Kirby, I dove something simular to that little toy at the golf course a few years ago, they had a National 84inch with a 17hp B&G on it, the thing could handle tee banks and approaches around the greens, those thing stripe wonderfully, though they dont like the dandilions.
I would agree that John Deere looks alitte fake, but looks can be decieving:rolleyes:

Bubble Boy, the words John Deere were not digitally put on the bag. Thats the way it comes. Plus the bag was only 1 week old in the pic so it still had the "new" look. IB Green, yes I have a sulke for it. I wouldn't even consider running around behind it when there is an easier way:)

Nice equipment KirbysLawn. I couldn't look too long at the quad, as I was having flashbacks to last summer when my wife and I rolled one and got a little beat up by it. Thank goodness for helmets!

A word of advice

Lifting a work truck isnt a good idea, I love my truck to death and wouldnt give it up for the world, but has caused some major front end headaches. its constantly in the shop for frontend work acctually its in as we speak.

next year its going to be retierd from work and used as a personel truck. In a business that demands reliablity a lifted work truck is just not the way to go.

You learn from you mistakes and it makes you stronger

Just bought an 88 Chevy 3/4ton with helper springs to tow my trailer.

Have a 00' Ram that I lifted before going into business for myself. I agree it's not practical. Also had alot of frontend work done as well. Put in a DT Tracbar and no more problems. It really sucked pulling a full trailer with 36" tires. Now I it can sit for a while. The only time I use it for business is when I go meet with potential clients.

FrankenScagMachines
01-31-2003, 04:11 PM
What problems does it cause? I have heard of steering arms being worn out faster on a freind's old Chevy (I think he said steering arms) but didn't realize it was that serious. Anyway I think your truck looks way cool! with those wheels and tires. 35" is about the perfect size tires for a truck!

I will be posting my pics once it stops raining or snowing here!! Big Bad Ram 2500 nice truck and trailer has wierd door. Is it a snowmobile setup? And do you just have your trailers there for pic or do you store it there? Neighbors care?

LAWNGODFATHER
01-31-2003, 05:42 PM
That trailer looks like a 24' car hauler with a 48" side door.

Reason: so you can open the door of the car inside of trailer, or climb right in it through the door. It was put there for good reasons.

Hey brad need the 36" FD too!!!!!

Flex-Deck
01-31-2003, 07:09 PM
OK - Look - if the grass gets too deep - just use the left 36" of the mower - your power requirements are the same and besides, the right blade only has to worry about dispersing grass, and it does a pretty dang good job if that is all it has to do - at least on the eXmark it works well.http://36X

I see some strange items on the Heavenly Green.

What are those 2 things with handle bars, I know the red foamy handle bar thing, and that yellow thingy.

What are those for?
