Collections whats the best way???????

we are having growing pains in the collections dept. I used to do monthly billing on my maintenance and wait for the check to come in. Then some wanted to usew their credit card so i went to paypal. I have used square. Just cant find what is the best. I moved to charging everybody by cut. The ideal thing would be to store their credit card number and charge it after we visit the property. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Some people bill monthly in advance and suspend services if not paid by the end of the month or sooner.
Some people do keep CC on file

I just bill at the end of the month for services rendered. I do not get cheated to often.
