toro sfs decks

On monday I am going to look at a used 36" toro. The mower is about four years old. I was wondering if it will have the sfs deck. It is a floating deck. If it isn't, do the regular decks still do a good job?

All Toro decks since 1972 have been SFS decks. They only started CALLING them that recently.

The 36" deck has been unchanged since it's intoduction in 1985. In 1988 they altered the spindles which made the 36 take the same 18" blades as a 52".
