Hey Guys,

I have been looking into a new software to help run and manage my business efficiently. I have herd good things about groundskeeper pro software. However I downloaded the "free trial" and I am really not that impressed.

I have experience with Microsoft Access 2010, and to me this program seems like a more efficient database - some of the random features.. which I most likely build into Access.

Could some one with experience with either of these programs let me know what they think? Am I missing something on groundskeeper pro?

Anyway, I will probably use Access, and "take" some of the templates from groundskeeper pro such as the "employment" section.

Thank you in advance,

Stewart

Perhaps you would get responses if you were more specific on your needs.

Access is a powerful tool, but is not an application. Either you, or another party, will need to write programs that utilize this powerful tool. I am doubting that many on LS use Access because the kinds of applications needing database management tools are not widely used.

If your need is financial management software, then you have other choices. But, this apparently is not your need. The phrase, "... help run and manage my business ..." is too vague. Being more specific may generate responses that are useful for you.
