What is the best lawn and landscape software out there? What is everbody using? Any horror stories? Thanks

The two most popular, at least on this lawn site is Clip and Lawn Monkey.
I personally use Lawn Monkey and would not switch for anything, the program does everything that i need it to do, plus some, and it is not that hard to learn to perfect it.
