I bought blank pre-cut hangers from zapco.
They were set up for a laser or inkjet printer. My wife designed logo and did the layout work in adobe illustrator.

I think I am going to order from Top Value Printing (http://www.topvalueprinting.com) , they seem like they have pretty good prices. Also if you don't want to design your logo you can go to nebs.com, they have already designed hangers with attached business cards that people can tear off the door hanger.

I see that they have free downloadable templates, but, I couldn't find the price of the blank hangers on the website.

Yeah how much for the blank forms?
I was planning on just making my own this year by cutting out the top, but it's going to be a pain.

I bought the ones with a detachable coupon.
I need to dig up the receipt but I know they weren't cheap.
