Ohio Corporations and LLC's

I just learned this one from my day job. In Ohio, if you are a corporation (and unfortunately for the scope of this arguement also a Limited Liability Company) and you are sued at any level including Small Claims Court, you must be represented by counsel. Even as a officer, if you are not on the Bar in Ohio, you have to be represented by counsel to file or defend a lcivil lawsuit. :angry:
