Bill Phagan has written an excellent article in this months issue of "Irrigation & Green Industry". The article is entitled "Make Your Mowers Make Cents". It essentially starts out by making sure you select the appropriate equipment for the types of properties you handle. It then goes onto giving ideas on how to systematize the tasks on a property and cross training employees. Things that most of us know, but a great reminder prior to the beginning of the season.
