lawncare3,

I know your area well, your in BP, I vandalized BC, years ago. Also, I could not meet you because it would interfere with my secret identity as "Toroguy", anonymous lawn care professional.

As ED sez, it is fun!

Last check something like 63 registered members, and 60 guests.

There have been many new members posting, but the total population of transients is higher than Southern California, even Venice Beach!

We've heard the slogan:

Got Milk?

How about:

Cut Grass?

I belong but am guilty of lurking. It's just that I use the search feature and read everything everyday and have had every question i've ever had answered. This site has saved me a ton of time and money and is one of the few forums where everyone pretty much gets along. You guys could teach some "white-collar" professionals a few things about professionalism.
That said, I start my part-time lawn care business this spring and can't wait to get going. You have to forgive all the lurkers, because if they are like me, they're busy reading, learning, and trying to get up the nerve to finally do something that you guys have already accomplished. That first step is the hardest, but thanks to all of you I do feel very well prepared. I will try to participate after I feel qualified to give some helpful info.

until then, I'm still learning.:D

Welcome new non lurkers.

All you lurker-anonymous members should joiin the latest rage...Lawnsite semi-anonymous-anon. You can even discuss "lurking" here:drinkup:

Yes when logged on from another location/computer, you become a "guest" until you sign in with a password. Normally the site pre-signs me in, whatever that is called?

Wesley,

Yes, BP meant Brooklyn Park, and BC would be its neighbor to the South.

When I signed on this forum there were less than 100 members. So there really was no need to lurk. Now its like walking into a giant theater with 9000+ people watching you.

Yes bob, that is why I always dress up before coming here. I noticed you shop at Kohls.

I did alot of lurking for a long time before posting. I felt that i didn't know enough to put my .02 in...and i didn't want to ask any dumb questions and get jumped all over to use the search feature. So i just did alot of searching & read over teh current topics. Just started posting in the last year or so. I feel there is no problem with lurking. Enjoy the site...thats what its for
