I am trying to find a host for my web page. I plan on having a fairly simple web site (maybe 5 pages). How many MB's should I look for out of a host? One host that I am looking in to offers 5 MB's. Is this enough? Thanks.

I took a look at the www link on your profile, and if your 5 pages will be similar to that one, 5MB of disk space will be plenty.
As for monthly data transfer, you'll have to kind of guess at that. It's all going to depend on the number of people that visit your site and how many pages they look through.
Our Stonehenge site does about 100MB of data transfer each month during the winter, about 170MB during mid-season, but we have a site that has about 150 pages for people to look through, and it's been around for a couple years.
I hope that helps.

As long as you don't put a bunch of junk on your sites, I wouldn't worry too much about size.
Some of your usage will come from hits from web crawlers\ spiders that check out keywords for their search engines.

I TOOK A LOOK AT YOUR WEBSITE. I WOULD LIKE TO BUILD A WEBSITE VERY SIMILAR TO YOURS. HOW MANY MEGS DOES YOURS USE? WHO IS YOUR WEB HOST? DID YOU DESIGN IT YOURSELF? IF SO, WHAT DID YOU USE FOR THE DESIGN PART? MY WIFE IS A GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND IS GOOD AT DESIGNING PAGE LAYOUTS, BUT NEITHER OF US KNOW HOW TO TAKE WHAT SHE DOES AND UPLOAD IT TO THE WEB. ANY HELP? THANK YOU.
If you are looking for a host or domain name try doing a serch on the web for domain host and see which ones come up. there are free ones and cheap ones and good ones.
