I've been in this business for over 10 years but because I got screwed out'a $2000 my first year in business I haven't done any commercial mowing since then. I do strictly residential and have been very happy that way. Here's my problem, I've got a "great" customer that has refered me many many other cutomers that has went and built himself a small 4 unit apartment building. He wants me to do the maintenance. If it was residential I'd have no problem, but I haven't a clue how to bid it commercially. I don't want to turn him down, 'cause he'll get someone else and they'll "get their foot in the door" I'm located on the west coast of central FL, please help

What is the square footage of the turf to be mowed and what other services are you to provide?
