I am getting ready to do some maintence on my chevy 4x4. Wandering if I can get some info on types and amounts of fluid for 14 bolt 9.5 rearend, 10 bolt gm up front, and 700r4 trany? The pumkins are leaking and need new gaskets and the trany probaly hasent had much maintence. Don't have service book any info will help thanks!

I just changed all my fluids in my truck, a 76k20 with the 465/205 combo.
I do not have the exact axles you have - i have a dana44 8-lug and a 14bolt FF. However, they took about (just guessing here since I got a 35lb container of 80w90 and use a squeeze bottle) about 4 quarts front and 6 quarts rear. In case anyone is interested, the 205 took about 5 and the sm465 (4-speed stick) took a whopping 7 or 8! All my stuff uses 80w90 gear oil. You axles should too, but your tranny since it is auto uses some sort of ATF, not sure what. Your tcase with a 700 is a NP208, right? I'd guess it uses 80w90 also, but check with some else to be sure.
Make sure you put in some friction modifier if you have a LSD in the rear or you will burn it up.

Thank you for the info, everything went real well and no leaks or broken teeth on the gears!!

BTW, I found out the 208 uses regular motor oil (like 10w30) not gear oil. It uses it because it is chain drive.
Just to let you know.
