blade hieght

i have a greatdane surfer,i have three spacers under each blade and was wondering if i would get a better cut buy taking out a couple spacers and lowering the deck,that way i could keep the same cut hieght but be able to get better suction becouse my deck would be closer to the ground??

Try it. Experiment. Learn your machines' abilities. I experiment with all of the options and I've found that different conditions (dry, wet, grass type, etc.) will require different settings to get good quality cuts. Every mower is different.

More suction? Have you tried the high-lift blades? They'll suck ants out if the ant hill!
