When do your customers sign?

Hi all..... im a transplant from plow-site.com and hoping i can get some info from the pros over here. I was jsut wondering when most of your customers sign a contract or hire you for the year . Still snow on the ground here in ohio , was just curious as to what is the best time of the year to get new accounts? I did try and do a search on this and came up empty handed , so ifthis has been hashed over many time i do apolgioze. TIA

I send Lawn Care Contracts out Feb 1. NE Ohio

We send out contracts/renewals at the beginning of the 3rd week of Feb. for the start of the season - Approx. April (in my area). Yearly contracts are handled differently.
