Help With Bid

Ok...I have a residential prospect with roughly 3000 square feet of grass to mow and trim. He also has about 100 square feet of flower beds he wants re-cut, weed'd and mulched that is to be performed seperately.

How much for the mow trim and blow on the 3000 square feet on a per visit basis and how much for the reworking of the beds?

He also really needs a load of good sand or topsoil brought in to fill all these little holes that look like neighborhood kids walking through the yard all the time...needs to be smoothed out a bit...anybody have any ideas about pricing for this? I thought I might suggest it tomorrow, but I have no idea what to charge.

I'm meeting with him to finalize the deal tomorrow!!

For the lawn A min of $30 to mow and trim
Mulch $55 A Yard Installed
.50 a ft to cut out the bed edge
The sand and top soil charge for materials and you labor to install. Hope this helps Harvestman
